This is the 38th issue of Springer's Eurasian Studies in Business and Economics series, the official book series of the Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES, www.ebesweb.org). This issue features selected papers presented at the 51st EBES Conference, held in Rome on April 11-13, 2025, and hosted by John Cabot University, Rome, Italy.
