This is the 38th issue of Springer's Eurasian Studies in Business and Economics series, the official book series of the Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES, www.ebesweb.org). This issue features selected papers presented at the 51st EBES Conference, held in Rome on April 11-13, 2025, and hosted by John Cabot University, Rome, Italy. At the conference, 257 papers were presented by 543 colleagues from 68 countries. The conference was held in a hybrid format, featuring both in-person and online paper presentations.
