Dr. Mohammad Gouse Galety is a distinguished academic and seasoned professional in computer science, currently serving as Dean and Professor at the School of Computing at Samarkand International University of Technology in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. With a career spanning over two decades, he has established himself as a leading educator and researcher on the international stage. Professor Galety s research sits at the cutting edge of modern computing, with a primary focus on Web Mining, Computer Vision, the Internet of Things (IoT), Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. His impactful contributions to these fields are evidenced by a robust portfolio of scholarly work. He has co-authored numerous journal papers and international conference proceedings published in prestigious indices, including Springer, Web of Science, and Scopus. Beyond his papers, his innovative mindset has led to the holding of four patents, and he has contributed to the academic community by authoring or editing six books. His profound expertise and service to the profession are recognized globally through his esteemed fellowships with two of the world's leading professional organizations: the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). Throughout his extensive career, Professor Galety has held significant academic positions across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, demonstrating a remarkable adaptability and a global perspective on education. His international teaching journey has included roles at: India: Sree Vidyanikethan Degree College, Emeralds Degree College (Tirupati), and Brindavan College of Engineering (Bangalore).   Kuwait: Kuwait Educational Center. Ethiopia: Ambo University (Ambo) and Debre Berhan University (Debre Berhan). Iraq: Lebanese French University and the Catholic University in Erbil (Erbil).In each of these roles, he has been dedicated to shaping the next generation of technologists by teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students across a wide range of courses in computer science and information technology. As Dean at the Samarkand International University of Technology, he continues to lead and inspire, driving innovation and academic excellence in the heart of Uzbekistan.

Dr. Subrata Chowdhury is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering & Technology (Autonomous), Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India. He holds a BCA (2008), MCA (2015), M.Tech (2024), and a Ph.D. in Computer Science (2021), and is currently pursuing another Ph.D. at NIT Arunachal Pradesh. He has authored over 15 books and edited 20+ volumes, with more than 125 publications in SCI/Scopus-indexed journals, conferences, and book chapters, as well as patents granted and published. With an H-index of 22, he serves as a reviewer for Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, MDPI, IEEE, and ACM. He has chaired international conferences, delivered keynotes and workshops, supervised UG, PG, Ph.D., and postdoctoral scholars, and is actively involved in consultancy and research initiatives.
