Professor Asma Salman is a Blockchain beveloper and a professor of Finance at the American University in the Emirates, UAE. An honorary Global advisor at Global Academy of Finance & Management USA, she completed her MBA in Finance & Accounting and earned a Ph.D. in Finance from an AACSB member, AMBA accredited, School of Management at Harbin Institute of Technology, China. Her research credentials include a one-year residency at the Brunel Business School at Brunel University, UK. Prof. Salman also served as the Dubai Cohort supervisor for DBA students under the Nottingham Business School, UK, for 7 years and is currently a Ph.D. supervisor at the University of Northampton, UK, where she is affiliated as a visiting fellow. She also served on the Board of Etihad Airlines during 2019 2020.
Dr. Nikolina Ljepava is a department chair of Management in the College of Business Administration at the American University in the Emirates, Dubai, UAE. She is a practice-oriented academic and senior marketing professional with extensive industry and academic experience in North America, Europe, and the United Arab Emirates. Holder of Ph.D. in Marketing Research specializing in digital marketing research and analytics and of major international professional qualifications in marketing: Chartered Marketer, Certified Digital Marketing Professional, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Her research interests are related to various aspects of digital transformation in marketing and business, AI applications in marketing, human-technology interaction, and applied marketing research and analytics combined with elements of decision sciences. She is an author of more than 60 peer-reviewed research publications and holder of various academic and research awards.Nelli Ilyinichna Akylbekova, the doctor of Economics, professor, head of Management Program of the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, Expert of the Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs Sapattu Bilim, has over 140 scientific publications, conducted scientific research in the following areas: development of the social sector, demographic processes, development of tourism, small and medium enterprises, development of the banking system.
