Dr Vikas Sharma holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, as well as a PhD in Management, with specialisations in accounting, finance, and organisational studies. His doctoral research on consumer behaviour in the life insurance sector strengthened his expertise in financial decision-making and governance. With over 17 years of academic and administrative experience, he currently serves as Professor of Finance at Chandigarh University and has gained international academic exposure in South Africa and Poland. He has authored more than 20 Q1 and Q2 journal articles, co-edited scholarly volumes with leading publishers, and serves as a reviewer and editor for reputed international journals.
Dr Ewelina Idziak is an accomplished scholar in Economics and Finance, serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Law and Economics at Kazimierz Wielki University, Poland. With over 20 years of robust experience in the banking sector, including 14 years as Regional Director in the Corporate Clients Department, she brings extensive expertise to academia and practice. Her international consulting experience spans global time zones, making her a sought-after advisor. Dr. Idziak is a financial expert for the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and serves as an expert witness for the court. A dedicated educator, she teaches courses in economics, finance, banking, and accountancy. She is also an active Visiting Professor, a member of organising and scientific committees, and a journal reviewer, contributing significantly to her field's academic and professional communities.
Dr. Attila Kurucz is the Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Corporate Leadership and Marketing at Széchenyi István University. He completed his PhD thesis on the performance model for SMEs at the University of West-Hungary. He holds degrees in business informatics and other certifications in accountancy and is a business trainer and coach. He is a highly successful process management expert and agile business coach in the business world. Throughout his career, he has had a strong focus on business operations, and to this day he researches and supports the improvement of organisational performance both as a trainer and as a practising consultant. He currently teaches courses in business economics and process management at Széchenyi István University. His research interests include lean and agile transformation, fintech, entrepreneurship, sustainability, agile methodologies, and digitalisation.
Dr. Marcel C. Minutolo is a University Professor of Management at Robert Morris University with a Ph.D. in Strategy from the University of Pittsburgh. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, innovation, technology transfer, machine learning, conflict resolution, and sustainability. A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, he also serves as an Amazon Accredited Instructor. With a strong interdisciplinary background including philosophy and Asian studies, Dr. Minutolo combines academic insight with practical experience to drive strategic innovation and corporate responsibility in dynamic business environments
