This proceedings volume is the 37th issue of the Springer's series Eurasian Studies in Business and Economics, which is the official book series of the Eurasia Business and Economics Society (EBES, www.ebesweb.org). This volume includes selected papers presented at the 50th EBES Conference - Lisbon on January 8-10, 2025, hosted by ISCTE-IUL, Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, Portugal. In the conference, 140 papers by 275 colleagues from 44 countries were presented. The conference was held in a hybrid format with both in-person and online paper presentation formats.
