This work examines the most pressing and contentious issues in cybercrime currently facing the China and Vietnam, and how best to tackle them. The text sets the context for how blocs of nations (including the least ready, the most ready, and those occupying a central position in terms of cybercrime readiness) react to the evolving challenges of cybercrime, with a focus on prevention and control.
