Catalina was a charming, brave and well-educated young girl. Catalina had lived a very tough life with her parents as her dead father was a drunkard and a womanizer, beating and tormenting her mother, which had pushed her to hold grief against men. She is now living in Chicago with her ideal mother Cecilia, who was a maid in a Russian family's house. After long and tiring days of search Catalina had got what she hoped for, a part-time job in a restaurant. She was sure her mother would be happy knowing that. On her way home, Catalina bought a bunch of red flowers for her lovely mother, but she was surprised and shocked to find her mother's body lying on the ground in a pool of blood...
