'Théologie et spiritualité' reveals, simply and forcefully, the spirit in which Jean-Pierre Torrell nourished and animated his work as a theologian. 'Confessions d'un thomiste' describes his life's path and bears testimony to the events that shattered the neo-Thomist world in the second half of the 20th century. In these pages we observe his constant striving to link theology and Christian life, and his care to focus on personal prudence enlightened by Christian teaching.
