who moves to rural Connecticut looking for a peaceful place to start over.
When Jeanie
Blackman, a neighbour in distress, unexpectedly turns up on the doorstep of her
new home, Caro's plans for tranquility are disrupted. She quickly becomes drawn
into local activities by the boisterous Jeanie and a series of bizarre events
soon fill her days. It's far from her idea of a quiet country idyll. But it's
meeting the ruggedly handsome Ted Nichols that unsettles her most. She's vowed
never to date again, and it takes all her willpower to stay away from him.
