Full Description

This curious story - a novel of fiction, concerns twin boys separated at birth having been born in a home for unmarried mothers where her stay was
limited to twelve days. Most babies were then adopted. The sadness and trauma of this event was revealed to one son at his mother's death. The effect was profound. Solace and comfort did arrive finally from a strange and highly unusual source.

This novel was created in draft over fifty years ago. It surfaced in the last year and it seemed to have some writing within it that was little different in style than others published in the last few years, and worth revisiting. In a long dreary winter it put itself forward as an exercise and pleasure to take me through those grey cold days, to see what could be done with it, where it would now lead. The road it took was new, the old journey abandoned.
