Full Description
Public spaces are the engines of urban change. The clusters of small courtyards in the arrondissements of Paris; the pathway for university students in Timisoara; the small playground in Nijmegan; the "folds" in Linz, separating and linking the city and its extensions, are all public spaces. The project "London Sector A" proposes a prototypical public space, a virtual urban gallery of emergent phenomena. In this virtual space, scenarios contain a variety of agents affecting the site of "London Sector A" are visualized and intertwined.
