Criminal Justice Management and Leadership: An Anthology provides students with a collection of carefully curated readings designed to well prepare them for a future career within the criminal justice system.
The anthology is organized into three units. Unit 1 features a spotlight on the topics of culture and management with readings that address police culture and its impact on organizational change, the evolution of contemporary policing, and organizational influences on police change and intelligence.
