In Leadership, Diversity, and Social Justice: Culture as a System for Resistance and Emancipation, Antonio Jiménez-Luque thoroughly explores the influence cultural diversity has on conceptualizations and practices of leadership. The text examines the challenges of oppression and resistance through a well-crafted case study of leadership in a Native American Indian urban community.
