Family Law in a European Perspective examines core aspects of family law from a comparative European perspective: marriage, divorce, cohabitation, same-sex relationships, the financial consequence of divorce, adoption, parentage and surrogacy, parental responsibility, the child's welfare, and law concerning older people.
