Philippus and his beloved horse Pelagus are part of an acting troupe travelling around Italy in the early 1st century BC. Key Stage 2 children will learn Latin as they follow the adventures of Philippus and his troupe. Through fun and varied activities, children will discover that Latin is so much more than a dead language.

Philippus Primary Latin consists of twelve lessons with ample activities for two or three sessions, depending on time available and the requirements of the class. The free digital downloads provide all the resources needed to ensure coverage of the curriculum and adaption to suit the learning needs of all pupils. Vocabulary and grammar are systematically introduced as you progress through the course.
