The 8th edition of this popular casebook continues to use both the problem and case methods. Cases have been tightly edited and well-integrated with problems to provide maximum accessibility for students. Case excerpts are carefully linked to the Contracts Hornbook, as well as to the Restatements and the UCC, giving students an opportunity to integrate their analysis in real-world terms.
