This work provides a comprehensive, accessible collection of scholarly work concerning the key challenges that racialized women faculty, administrators and graduate students encounter in academia. The volume showcases the multi-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary lived experiences of racialized academic women in their respective local, national, and international postsecondary educational institutions.
