This new casebook is designed specifically for a 3-unit Remedies course. It opens with an introduction to law and equity, and then moves into chapters with sections designed for daily coverage on the topics of Injunctions, Declaratory Judgments, Damages, and Restitution. Its co-authors have won numerous teaching awards; Jean Love won the SALT Great Teacher Award in 2020.
Each chapter of the book includes a mix of classic and contemporary cases, and each section of the book is designed to be taught in a single day. Students enjoy the opportunity to study the historical development of each remedy under consideration.
