Full Description
A decision support system (DSS) is a computer program used to support determinations, judgments, and courses of action in an organization or business. Chapter One provides an overview of model-driven DSSs and the utility and limits of these systems in real estate. Chapter Two reviews, classifies, and compares the DSSs for fund raising management with particular reference to the different considered approaches, the mathematical methods employed, the specific considered parts of the process, the requirements and the conclusions of the related studies, the applications utilised by non-profit organisations, the complexity and the usability of the systems, the numerical achieved results, and possible further developments. Chapter Three describes a DSS for vocational training organisations based on the Choquet integral, a well-founded and widely used technique for multicriteria decision making.
