As soon as Dr. Stephen DeFelice coined the phrase nutraceutical, product and supplement developers swung into action. Handbook of Nutraceuticals, Volume 1: Ingredients, Formulations, and Applications lists information on many ingredients used in nutraceuticals, developing their formulations and applications.
