Full Description
This book is written from the point of view of a Free Church minister, and is concerned mainly with the work of ministers in the Free Churches. The Revs. Hudson and Dewar have published a valuable Manual of Pastoral Psychology from the Anglican High Church standpoint, and whilst they deal with many subjects that do not apply to the ministers of the non-Episcopalian churches, they also omit many aspects that are important to them. It appeared to me that there was room for another volume covering the whole field of ministerial life and work, and this book has been written under the impulse of that conviction.
