Two chapters are devoted to each method; one for introduction, the second for application. It presents step-by-step instructions on implementation, critiquing guidelines, and examples of each qualitative research method as its applied to nursing education, nursing administration, and nursing practice using published research. Approaches covered include phenomenology, grounded theory, ethnography, historical research, and action research.
