Accountant Paul Nash is placed in the Witness Relocation Program after testifying against the Mob bosses. Stripped of his identity, he drifts - from rural Belgium, to smalltown New England, to the wilds of Scotland. A surreal, bleakly comic portrait of human eccentricity and fallibility.
