In this title, all papers have been peer-reviewed. The fusion of two nuclei is an important process for producing nuclei that do not exist on Earth. This conference discussed aspects of the reaction mechanism leading to fusion as well as nuclear structure aspects of unstable nuclei produced via fusion reactions. The main emphasis was on low (Coulomb barrier) energies.
