Arata Isozaki is considered to be one of Japan's greatest architects and a commanding presence in international architecure, as illustrated in such buildings as The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, the Disney Building in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, and the New Tokyo City Hall. Published in association with The Museum of Contemporary Arts in Los Angeles, this work features 20 of Isozaki's projects, including the new designs for Toyonokuni Libraries for Cultural Resources and the Kyoto Concert Hall. Each building is illustated with full colour photographs, drawings and plans, and is analyzed in text by Isozaki himself.
