基本説明
The Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, which has been called the most significant arbitral body in history, celebrates its 25th anniversary in 2006. The purpose of this book is to have experts in the field identify and comment on the Tribunal awards that are most important for international arbitration. The book will be based on papers prepared for the spring 2006 Conference of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (co-sponsored by the American Society of International Law).
