The Body Teaches the Soul is a six-week Bible study that will introduce you to habits that address both your body and soul. Through forty-two days of practices, you will:
be encouraged in how to "garden" your mind;
build rhythms for eating and sleeping;
engage in physical exercise;
stay connected to God and others in an increasingly distracted world; and
celebrate the life you have in the present as you look to the hope you have in the future.
