This book provides law students with a clearly written and accessible introduction to the law of trusts and its place in modern private law. This fascinating subject has produced a vocabulary and legal structure that are not to be found elsewhere. Yet the law of trusts continues to evolve to meet modern challenges in many different areas of law, including commercial law, pension funds, and restitution.
