The atlas consists of two sections: large-scale regional maps displaying information concerning commodities and physical geography together with background information on demography, disease, social and political factors, and communications, and the Statistical Supplement. It shows the world distribution pattern of all the more important commodities, industries and resources supplemented by large- scale treatement of congested areas on each map.
