With fascinating source material and activities relevant to students' experiences, this book developed directly in cooperation with the IB, will help students question the nature of knowing. The importance of TOK to everyday experience and to individual subject area knowledge is highlighted throughout with case studies and tasks that encourage awareness of multiple perspectives.
Structured around the new syllabus and the conceptual framework, students will have full opportunity to think critically through complex issues of present-day challenges. Each theme will stimulate questions of power, politics and technology relevant to the changing nature of knowledge.
