ボルジギン・ブレンサイン（Borjigin Burensain, 布仁賽音）
1963年中国内モンゴル自治区生まれ。1984年内モンゴル大学モンゴル語言文学系卒。2001年早稲田大学大学院文学研究科史学（東洋史）専攻博士課程修了。博士（文学）。現在滋賀県立大学准教授。
