１９７３年早稲田大学法学部卒業。１９７７年弁護士登録。１９７８年米国ワシントン大学法学修士課程修了（比較法学）。元司法試験考査委員（商法）。国土交通省航空局総合評価委員会委員。現在、渉外弁護士として、企業法務とともに国際金融取引や国際訴訟を扱う。長谷川俊明法律事務所代表（本データはこの書籍が刊行された当時に掲載されていたものです）
